Function and structure of leveling machine
The machine tool is a special devise for the leveling of roller metal plate material and is commonly compose of driving power, host machine, electrical control and etc.
use the working principle of multi-roller to make the board distorted repecatedly between upper and bottom rollers to eliminate side force to reach the purpose of leveling. the machine levels the board in and out of the upper and bottom rows of working roller so that the board can be flatter and the quality of working parts can be improved. The machine can work independently to be used in the leveling of single boad. It can also be uncoiled and fed in front of the machine and equipped with shearing machine, machine for cutting material and joining machine to level and sheoar metal rolling materials through controlling system to connect a manufacturing line of complete function.
